Our Mission
Evergreen Nigeria CTRF is transforming the future of coffee and tea farming through verified farmer registries, financial inclusion, and traceable market access.
What if every coffee and tea farmer in Nigeria was verified, banked, and export‑ready?

We’re just starting our journey
Pilot States
Taraba, Cross River, Plateau, Ondo.
Four diverse regions chosen to demonstrate Nigeria’s coffee and tea potential, building scalable, inclusive farmer ecosystems nationwide.

5,000 Farmers to be onboarded
From unbanked and invisible to verified, registered, and empowered — farmers gain access to finance, cooperatives, and markets.

Loan Pipeline unlocked
Development finance institutions commit patient capital, unlocking affordable credit for cooperatives, inputs, and sustainable productivity growth across Nigeria.

Women & Youth inclusion targets
Ensuring equitable participation by women and youth, strengthening resilience, intergenerational farming, and inclusive economic transformation in rural communities.

The Evergreen CTRF registry creates Nigeria’s first GPS‑mapped, consent‑verified database of coffee and tea farmers. By making farmers visible, credible, and digitally documented, the registry unlocks access to finance, strengthens cooperative structures, and ensures compliance with international standards. It is the foundation for sustainable growth and traceable exports.

Through partnerships with banks and DFIs, CTRF ensures every farmer is banked and credit‑ready. Cooperative structures enable collective bargaining, while a ₦4.5B loan pipeline provides affordable input financing. This offer transforms farmers from unbanked and excluded to financially empowered, productive, and resilient participants in Nigeria’s agricultural economy.

CTRF builds certifications and EUDR‑ready supply chains by linking verified farmers to digital traceability systems. Cooperatives aggregate production, ensuring transparency from farm to export. Buyers gain compliance assurance, while farmers access premium international markets. This offer positions Nigeria as a credible origin for coffee and tea in global trade.

CTRF prioritizes equity by targeting 40% women and 40% youth participation. Backed by government, DFIs, and private partners, the program ensures inclusive growth and intergenerational resilience. This offer strengthens rural communities, drives sustainable livelihoods, and builds a collaborative ecosystem that transforms Nigeria’s coffee and tea sector for the future.
